SUMMERTIME IS FILLED WITH LOTS OF ACTION! It is a time of celebration! Suddenly we find a need for quiet time! Come to the living water where you will find rest and peace! Come spend just one hour with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Like Mary in today’s Gospel, we need to listen to Jesus speak to us. Listening leads to action. The Gospel reminds us that the greatest action one can perform is to love the Lord with one’s entire being. What action is He calling you to? Find a church or chapel that is open and spend time with Jesus who says to you, Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you. Our service will not last if not rooted in the contemplation of God’s word. Our faith in God is a wonderful gift.
